Associate Director — FP&A & EPM Advisory

📋 Description

• Lead design and activation of FP&A and close/consolidation operating models, org structure
• Own end-to-end process design for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management
• Lead client workshops to align stakeholders, design future-state processes, and build consensus on
• Deliver strategic blueprints, target operating models, and multi-year roadmaps sequencing near-term
• Provide FP&A surge support, translating observations into actionable recommendations for
• Lead EPM platform evaluation and selection: requirements, RFP design, vendor demos, scoring, and

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, financial close/consolidation, finance
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end FP&A and/or close/consolidation transformations in complex
• Strong experience with platform implementation enablement and change management; ability to lead
• Hands-on delivery across FP&A lifecycle with leading platforms (OneStream strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics) and analytics tools
• Executive presence to interact with CFOs/Controllers and build analytical narratives that drive
