Associate Director, Global Pipeline Forecasting, Oncology

📋 Description

• Develop commercial forecasts for pipeline compounds and lifecycle projects.
• Lead forecasting and analytics supporting strategic commercial development.
• Collaborate with Global Commercial Leads, Marketing Analytics, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain forecast models for long-range planning, milestones, and business development.
• Design and implement model enhancements and new forecasting approaches as needed.
• Provide real-time decision support with cross-functional partners across AbbVie.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or business required.
• MBA or advanced STEM degree preferred.
• 8+ years of forecasting/market analytics or finance experience in pharma/life sciences.
• Experience providing analytics for specialized therapeutic areas and building forecast models.
• Ability to communicate primary/secondary data for strategic decisions and influence
• Self-motivated with multi-project management and strong Excel skills.
