🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 8+ years
• R&D sourcing expertise: strategic sourcing, procurement, category management in an R&D
• Category management: develop and execute strategies; assess market dynamics; optimize spend and
• Commercial expertise: supplier negotiations, MSAs, rate cards, contracting, and strategy.
• Vendor management: manage strategic relationships, performance, governance, risk resolution.
• Business partnering: influence RD leaders and cross-functional teams; strong stakeholder management.
