🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP experience; BA in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong HRBP background in biotech/pharma or complex technical environments.
• Strategic advisor to senior leaders; translate priorities into people/ org strategies.
• Solid business acumen linking scientific/operational priorities to HR outcomes.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
