• Lead internal design teams and partner with cross-functional roles to deliver quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design Communications, UX Design, Visual Journalism, Visual Communications
• 10+ years in design consulting or related field; proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, design thinking, and visual design principles.
• Experience driving brand expression and maintaining consistency across formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with copy editing.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow design teams; cross-disciplinary collaboration.
