📋 Description

• Lead strategy, execution, and evolution of technology products
• Act as tech leader for Agile teams delivering commercial products
• Define roadmaps, priorities, release plans, and scalable solutions
• Partner with business leaders, engineers, and stakeholders
• Lead Agile processes: planning, backlog, sprints, releases
• Monitor metrics, OKRs, adoption, outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• PhD + 3+ years IS leadership, or BA/BS + 9+ years leadership
• 3+ years of people management
• Experience leading enterprise tech products and analytics
• Strong data/analytics knowledge: Databricks, Python, SQL, Spark
• Experience AWS cloud data/ML workloads, security, monitoring
• Knowledge of AI tech: Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation
