Associate Director, Internal Investigations - Office of Ethics & Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead investigations on AbbVie Code of Business Conduct cases.
• Coordinate intake to resolution, with risk mitigation actions.
• Interview reporters, witnesses and subjects; analyze facts.
• Partner with Legal and global stakeholders on investigations.
• Develop training and communications to strengthen compliance.
• Ensure timely, confidential completion of investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in legal or compliance (FCPA, K2, FCA, anti-corruption).
• Investigation experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in languages beyond English is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 20%.
