Associate Director, Materials Management

📋 Description

• Direct or coordinate production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and forecasting activities
• Direct the movement, storage or processing of inventory.
• Coordinate logistics of all supply chain aspects related to the plant: plan/strategy, raw
• Oversee master production schedule and ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels.
• Manage customer orders from shipment to invoicing and oversee customs relations (Inbound/Outbound).
• Lead procurement for Direct and Indirect materials and manage supplier portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a Scientific, Engineering or Business area required; MBA or higher preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Financial Management.
• 6+ years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of raw materials handling, production processes, quality assurance, cost optimization.
• Strong business/management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and
• Ability to build relationships across the organization and manage a diverse workforce.
