Associate Director, NPAF Strategy & Program Data Insights

📋 Description

• Monitor program performance dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with external data teams to develop dashboards and fulfill data requests.
• Lead data review sessions and translate findings into leadership recommendations.
• Support product inventory forecasting and variance analysis to inform decisions.
• Assist with operating budget reporting and variance explanations.
• Collaborate across vendors and functional groups to drive timely outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MHA or clinical qualification preferred.
• At least 3 years in patient support services, benefits verification, or related areas.
• Experience in patient services, especially with progressive responsibility.
• Data analytics experience with large datasets and translating findings into insights.
• Strategic thinking with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with regulatory/privacy standards (HIPAA) and governance.
