📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Bioinformatics Scientists.
• Define research strategy behind new product development.
• Oversee assay development and production-ready pipeline components.
• Guide multi-omics analysis including methylation and cfDNA features.
• Ensure data quality and study design from feasibility to production handoff.
• Align with cross-functional teams on roadmap and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, CS, Math, Engineering, Biostatistics, or related
• 7+ years in bioinformatics with 3+ years in leadership across functions.
• Experience moving diagnostic sequencing assays into regulated clinical use.
• Strong Python, programming, and data analysis skills; ability to communicate complex results
• Expertise with NGS analysis, cfDNA, multi-omics (methylation, fragmentomics).
• Familiarity with productionized pipelines, version control, CI/CD, and containerization.
