🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years digital marketing; 3+ years in an agency setting
• Minimum 4 years hands-on with SEM: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local
• Experience with enterprise-level campaign development and optimization
• Strong experience with Meta ads direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (TikTok
• Lead Gen and B2B experience; 3+ years of management
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office
