📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end program management for high-volume, fast-paced marketing/creative projects.
• Architect infrastructure to scale workflows and improve efficiency across cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Marketing/Program Management in tech/creative environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement workflow infrastructure from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of scoping, budgeting, and staffing for programs.
• Proficiency with project management tools; Smartsheet and Airtable preferred.
• Interest or experience with AI tools and automation for marketing workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead high-stakes meetings with stakeholders.
