📋 Description

• Own program operations, workflow architecture, and stakeholder alignment across complex creative
• Lead full lifecycle management of marketing and creative campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Oversee creative reviews, coordinating feedback and approvals across leadership and production
• Serve as primary contact for cross-functional stakeholders, resolving blockers and ensuring clear
• Build and optimize project management frameworks and operational systems.
• Manage agency relationships and staffing models for effective collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing, program management, creative operations, or similar roles in fast-paced
• Proven experience designing workflow infrastructure and scalable project management systems.
• Strong understanding of scoping, resource planning, budgeting, and staffing models.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead high-impact meetings and influence
