📋 Description

• Lead a pod of search experience pros and manage direct reports.
• Oversee client strategy and escalation point for pod delivery.
• Contribute to Search Experience product evolution and AI workflows.
• Hands-on in execution when needed to maintain quality.
• Collaborate on strategy spanning SEO, GEO/AEO, and content.
• Fluent with Claude, Omega, Iris, and Nova for automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years digital marketing experience, 3+ agency.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on search experience.
• 3+ years leading a team with performance planning.
• Strong understanding of search funnel and org search concepts.
• Working knowledge of organic search, GEO/AEO, and AI search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated; quick learner.
