• Lead a pod of search experience pros; manage 2-4 direct reports from specialist to senior
• Own team retention, growth paths, and coaching cadence; ensure high client satisfaction and
• Oversee SEO, GEO/AEO, content strategy, and AI-native workflows; drive product and process

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years in digital marketing, 3+ in agency settings.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with search experience execution.
• 3+ years of team management; performance management and development planning.
• Strong understanding of search experience within the marketing funnel; knowledge of GEO/AEO and AI
• Excellent written/verbal communication; self-motivated with strong leadership and collaboration
• Proven ability to use AI to optimize workflows and drive client outcomes.
