📋 Description

• Lead design and facilitation of professional development across Alpha’s schools.
• Coordinate content development with the Principal Director of Talent Development and HR teams.
• Align professional learning with Alpha’s multi-year strategy and performance systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years TK-12 teaching experience, with at least 2 years in lead role or PD/coaching.
• Strong ability to design, facilitate, and evaluate professional learning and coaching programs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data to improve learning outcomes and programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and translating feedback into improved practice.
