Own and scale the operational backbone for Americas business across financial ops, client
Lead a team to resolve payment and settlement exceptions and enable rapid customer launches.
Configure accounts, enable products, manage pricing, and resolve onboarding blockers.
Coordinate go-live checklists, readiness reviews, and post-sale handoffs for strategic accounts.
Redesign SOPs, improve processing, and build operational controls across platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, and Support.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in operations, strategy, or program management in tech/fintech/payments.
2+ years of people management experience.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
Analytical, data-driven approach to performance and improvements.
Excellent written/verbal communication for technical and exec audiences.
Self-starter who can work in ambiguous environments and deliver results.
