Associate Director, OpEx, Training and Digital Operations

📋 Description

• Facilitate leadership in building site strategy, prioritization and execution.
• Drive alignment and communication of shared goals across the site.
• Lead end-to-end value stream improvements including tech and org changes.
• Establish standards for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Site Digital Roadmap supporting Factory of the Future and Digital Operations.
• Manage and direct Learning & Training to train site personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong data analytics and management skills to translate needs into requirements
• Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma background
• Bachelor in Science or Engineering; OpEx project leadership experience
• Black Belt is a plus; Green Belt minimum
• Experience leading OpEx projects in global, multi-cultural environments
• Hands-on Lean, 6-Sigma and advanced planning tools; knowledge of Pharma/Manufacturing
