Associate Director, Performance & Portfolio Management

📋 Description

• Lead SMO performance & portfolio management team (including system owners).
• Develop and manage key project artifacts: charters, status reports, work plans, stakeholder
• Ensure compliance with corporate/quality policies and governance for resource allocation and
• Build trusted relationships and provide project leadership to advance strategic priorities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and align resources with strategic priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, addressing issues/risks and delivering updates to leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in project management or business excellence in global settings.
• PMI-PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to influence global, cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience delivering business/technology initiatives in matrix/global environments.
• Experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or enterprise transformation.
