📋 Description

• Lead global pricing documents, proposals, and client materials
• Drive efficiency and standardize workflows in pricing & proposals
• Support tech adoption of pricing platforms and tools
• Ensure compliance with processes and standards
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting for performance insights
• Partner with stakeholders on pricing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in pricing/proposals; pharma/biotech CRO experience preferred
• 7+ years in people leadership
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; data analysis and presentations
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Strong change management and process improvement skills
