Associate Director, Process Optimization - Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Build and sustain streamlined processes to improve TA partner satisfaction and user experience.
• Lead cross-functional TA projects across boundaries; translate solutions to TA Operations and
• Apply tools and methodologies to evaluate, execute, manage and close projects.
• Partner with functional leaders to map processes (people and technical).
• Identify gaps and drive high-impact process improvements.
• Lead change management and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree.
• 8+ years business experience with 3+ years in process mapping, project management or change
• Experience in continuous improvement within a multinational matrixed organization.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; capable of leading major projects and redesigns.
• Senior partner management and influencing senior leaders.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity; strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills.
