Associate Director, Product Management – Software, Multiomics Data Partnerships

📋 Description

• Own software and bioinformatics products and roadmap
• Collaborate with R&D and external users on multiomic data analysis
• Represent Element in data strategy, licensing, and partner conversations
• Guide AI-enabled product directions and partner evaluations
• Work with researchers, engineers, and marketing to deliver impactful solutions
• Drive launches, training, and customer adoption with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Life Sciences degree with 8+ years PM experience (or advanced degree with 6+ years)
• Experience end-to-end ownership of software or bioinformatics/data products
• Track record presenting to executive leadership and mentoring PMs
• Strong collaboration with R&D/engineering on software or bioinformatics products
• Comfort with data strategy, business models, and AI conversations with partners
• Experience negotiating data licensing, co-development, or platform partnerships
