📋 Description

• Own end-to-end problem-solving for critical workstreams across charter areas.
• Identify opportunities, size impact, and scale experiments to drive business metrics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and
• Build prioritization frameworks and KPIs; drive efficient, scalable programs.
• Perform data-driven root-cause analyses and present solutions to leadership.
• Hire, coach, and develop Senior Managers and Managers to achieve bold outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's from a top-tier institute.
• 7–10+ years in Growth, Strategy & Ops, Management Consulting, or high-growth startup/e-commerce.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
• Executional experience with KPI/P&L ownership and measurable outcomes at scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven people leadership and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
