Associate Director, QA

📋 Description

• Head of the Americas Clinical Quality Audit team to deliver on clinical audit strategy
• Lead QA in a regulated environment across AbbVie policies, country requirements, and global
• Strategic direction of Clinical Audit Team aligned with RDQA policies
• Collaborate with business partners and GxP RDQA functions to implement quality systems
• Build and lead high performing, diverse teams with clear vision and development
• Oversee risk-based clinical audit program and complex audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare field
• 7+ years in pharma with clinical development, regulatory, or QA background
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and worldwide regulatory standards (ICH, ISO)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage complex issues, analyze risks, and prioritize
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-location teams
