📋 Description

• Interface between client and Global Business Operations (GBO) to enable strategic initiatives.
• Lead design of clinical research processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define business needs, planning, development, deployment, change management, and end user adoption.
• Ensure alignment with AbbVie Quality System and GXP-related regulations.
• Support initiative delivery and value realization in clinical trial execution.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or regulated industry
• Leadership experience in a complex matrix environment
• Proven compliance/training strategy execution in fast-paced settings
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, ICH, Global Regulations, Ethics and Compliance
• Coaching/mentoring and effective communication in matrix organizations
