Serve as primary interface between client and the Compliance Learning Change Management (CLCM)
Partner with stakeholders across full lifecycle of strategic initiatives and delivery of solutions.
Design clinical research processes with cross-functional alignment.
Support implementation strategy for change management and end user adoption.
Manage systems and global programs enabling process and change delivery.
Strategic assessment of metrics and measures for focus areas.

🎯 Requirements

BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years in pharma/healthcare or regulated industry
Leadership in a complex matrix environment
Proven experience in compliance and training strategy
Proficient in SOPs, ICH, global regulations and ethics/compliance
Strong coaching, people management and communication skills
