🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years in pharma/healthcare or regulated industry
• Experience leading in a complex matrix
• Proven compliance/training strategy execution
• Knowledge of SOPs, ICH, Global Regulations
• Strong coaching, people mgmt, and leadership skills
