🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in pharma, drug development, or related fields.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in global matrix orgs.
Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and outcomes.
Experience developing business cases, funding proposals, and financial assessments.
Strong ability to influence senior leaders and gain alignment.
