📋 Description

• Partner with VP to define and execute strategic priorities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
• Establish operating cadence and governance mechanisms
• Develop executive-ready communications and briefs
• Create dashboards and progress updates for leadership
• Navigate ambiguity and drive disciplined execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in strategy, business ops, or related fields
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed setting
• Healthcare/aesthetics/pharma experience preferred
• Strong business acumen, analytics, and exec communication
• Ability to influence without authority and manage ambiguity
