Associate Director, Strategy and Operations- Practice Economics

📋 Description

• Develops project plans for Asset Development Teams using standardized PM tools.
• Drives accountability to meet project deliverables across complex drug development projects.
• Creates multiple planning scenarios, identifies risks, and conducts root cause analyses.
• Provides data and tools for accurate resource estimates and management reporting.
• Leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives using certified methodologies.
• Mentors staff and coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 8+ years PM or related experience; or Masters/Doctorate with corresponding
• PM accreditation (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) highly preferred.
• 4+ years PM experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of drug development processes and MS Office, MS Project, QlikView, Spotfire.
