• Collaborate with Practice Economics leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Support senior leadership with clear governance, roadmaps, and accountability routines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, business operations, or related fields; healthcare/pharma experience
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability, executive communication skills, and data-driven problem
• Experience building operating rhythms, governance processes, and performance management tools.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed environment.
• Travel up to 20% may be required.
