📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning, roadmaps, and governance for Practice Economics
• Define operating cadence, governance, and accountability routines
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
• Develop executive-ready communications and strategic narratives
• Drive performance management tools and dashboards
• Influence stakeholders and align priorities across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or related roles
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical/aesthetics experience preferred
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and executive communication
• Ability to create governance processes and executive updates
