• 12+ years in recruiting; 5+ years leading global teams
• Deep experience in Product, Design or Solutions Eng
• Ability to influence C-level on strategy and planning
• Strong data skills; ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse) experience
• Structured interview design and calibration at scale
