Associate Director, UI/UX Architect, Agentic Factory

📋 Description

• Partner with product and engineering teams across portfolio companies to design and ship front-end
• Prototype interactive, production-ready interfaces in hours and iterate with feedback.
• Lead end-to-end UI/UX delivery for agent implementations to achieve MVPs in tight timelines.
• Translate agentic interaction patterns into intuitive, trustworthy experiences.
• Architect scalable front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, CSS, and component-driven
• Build reusable design systems and component libraries for consistency across products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years shipping production-grade front-ends at scale.
• Hands-on experience integrating UI with AI, LLM, or agentic backends.
• Proven track record from concept to production.
• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and component-driven front-end.
• Advanced design/prototyping skills with Figma and design systems.
