Associate Distribution Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop construction work packages for electric distribution in OH/UG/URD environments.
• Use Bentley OpenUtilities Design, CAD, GIS, WMS, and client systems.
• Perform engineering calculations: pole structure, guying, cable pulling, transformer sizing
• Prepare forestry trimming requests, Right-of-Way easements, BOMs, cost estimates, customer advocacy.
• Travel to project locations for field investigations.
• Collaborate with substation, protection and controls, and civil/structural teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline; 6+ months relevant electric utility design
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to perform field and office work.
