Associate Engineer (Automation)

📋 Description

• Apply engineering and science to basic assignments in a technical field.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, EH&S policies and AbbVie standards.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and plan tasks to meet goals.
• Conduct small projects, monitor progress, and report status to management.
• Collaborate with engineers to design products/processes and share findings.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering highly desired).
• Entry level position, <2 years experience typical.
• Willingness to learn AbbVie processes and work across disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across teams.
• Ability to explain and present ideas clearly in writing and speaking.
• Previous automation exposure is highly desirable; able to support 24/7 biologics operation.
