Associate, Engineer (Temporary Position)

📋 Description

• An engineering/analyst professional applies engineering/scientific knowledge to basic assignments
• Defines project scope with stakeholders and translates goals into tasks.
• Plans and executes small projects; coordinates with QA/validation/engineering for qualification
• Supports training of personnel for operations of facilities, processes, and equipment.
• Communicates with stakeholders and teams; documents and reports progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Full availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Biology/Biotechnology or related discipline, or equivalent
• Entry level position; less than two years of experience typical, biologics preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn AbbVie processes and collaborate across disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; works well in a collaborative, fast-paced
• Ability to recognize risks vs. gains and identify cost-reducing opportunities.
