Associate Event Producer

📋 Description

• Produce and manage Fever event productions
• Coordinate pre-prod, logistics, venues, and crews
• Develop budgets and timelines, monitor budget adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deliverables
• Negotiate with venues, suppliers, and partners
• Oversee risk, permits, licenses, and safety plans

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in event production or fabrication
• Proven live events production management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, fast-paced, analytical mindset
• Technical production knowledge; fabrication basics a plus
• AutoCad/SketchUp or design tools a bonus
