Experience conducting routine laboratory experiments (HPLC, DSC, PXRD, solubility, dissolution
Follow procedures reliably; recognize and elevate relevant issues as appropriate
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written); work independently or as part of a team; self-motivated
