🎯 Requirements

7+ years in commercial/tech/IP transactional or regulatory work; premier firm preferred
In-house healthcare, medical devices, or digital health experience preferred
Strong organizational/project management skills
Proven ability to draft/negotiate complex legal documents
Sound judgment, risk mitigation, and business collaboration
Experience with HIPAA, FDA, FTC, healthcare compliance, IP
