• Senior legal advisor on employment matters across org
• Oversee employment investigations and support litigation
• Provide guidance to HR and leadership on policies
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
• Develop risk mitigation and training programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years in employment law; tech/medical device exposure a plus
• Federal employment law expertise; CA or GA knowledge
• Strong investigations leadership and executive communication
• Legal research, drafting, and business-oriented judgment
• Bar in CA or GA; JD from ABA-accredited school
• 3 days/week in-office; strong multi-priority skills
