🎯 Requirements

JD from accredited law school; bar admission; USPTO registration
8+ years patent law experience (attorney or agent) with U.S. and foreign prosecution
Experience with India/China or emerging markets a plus
Technical background relevant to pharma patent prosecution (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry
Strong legal, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project management skills
