🎯 Requirements

JD from accredited law school, state bar in-house, USPTO registration
8+ years in patent law at law firm or life sciences company
Technical background in medical devices or pharma patent prosecution
Degree in biotech, biomedical engineering, biology, chemistry, or chemical engineering
Strong legal, analytical, communication, collaboration skills
Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
