Associate II, TMF Operations

📋 Description

• Support TMF processes within global CRO environment.
• Process, review, classify, and resolve TMF documents across studies.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy essential documents with accuracy.
• Prepare TMF QC checklists and coordinate reviews with teams.
• Conduct TMF QC activities for regulatory compliance and ICH GCP.
• Work with electronic document repositories and eTMF systems.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree preferred, Life Sciences or related.
• Up to 1–2 years in TMF ops, records mgmt, or clinical research.
• Understanding of clinical research principles and TMF purpose.
• Experience with data collection, indexing, and naming conventions.
• Experience with electronic repositories/eTMF or similar systems; willingness to grow.
• Strong written and verbal communication; clear, concise reporting.
