Associate Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality commercial legal advice to stakeholders in Spain and overseas.
• Drafting and negotiating agreements with third parties and intragroup entities.
• Support design/implementation of new products and market expansion.
• Structure and execute strategic initiatives (refinancings, banking partnerships, fundraising
• Advise on corporate structuring, ensuring regulatory and tax efficiency across global footprint.
• Assist Front Office, Risk, HR and others to resolve disputes and day-to-day queries.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree; qualified lawyer in Spain or another relevant jurisdiction.
• Commercial law experience with at least 4 years of qualified experience (private practice or

• Fluent in English (C1, advanced).
• Ability to prioritise and manage a wide range of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
