Draft and negotiate cloud and licensing agreements, and other technology contracts
Provide strategic legal and business advice on contract-related issues to a growing sales
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline negotiations and scale legal resources
Develop training resources to enable the sales team to navigate contracting efficiently
Tackle other legal projects andassist team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

Smart, passionate and driven
3+ years of commercial transactions experience, preferably including technology licensing and cloud
Proven record of success in-house and/or at a top law firm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand complex contractual issues, assess risk while exercising strong business
