Associate Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (API, TOS, MSA, referral/reseller) to drive
• Lead privacy and compliance initiatives (GDPR); draft/negotiate DPAs with customers/partners.
• Support strategic transactions and corporate governance (M&A, investments, funding rounds).
• Enable product and marketing compliance; review marketing communications for regulatory alignment.
• Develop scalable legal workflows and templates; provide cross-functional training on relevant
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders; advise the GC on high-risk strategic decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience as in-house counsel or in a tech-focused law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in privacy law (GDPR); experience in tech/B2B SaaS a strong plus.
• Proven track record in commercial negotiation; ability to balance legal risk with commercial
• Fluent English; second language (e.g., Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with modern productivity tools, including Google Workspace and Claude.
• Solutions-driven mindset; able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
