🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Sales Training, Enablement, L&D, or Sales Operations
Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training
Experience coaching sales professionals, agents, brokers, or partners
Strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management
Proficiency with webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar, Teams) and LMS

🎁 Benefits

Base pay $82,717.20 - $108,566.33 per year
