🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Sales Training/Enablement/LD or Sales Operations
Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training
Experience coaching sales professionals, agents, brokers, or partners
Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management
Experience creating enablement content and using webinar platforms and LMS

🎁 Benefits

Base pay $82,717.20 – $108,566.33 per year
