📋 Description

• Build and maintain financial models covering valuation, transaction analysis, scenarios, and other
• Prepare polished, client-ready presentations, pitch materials, and analytical content using
• Draft reports, investment or transaction memos, research summaries, and analytical commentary.
• Conduct market and industry research to support strategic recommendations and business development
• Contribute to white papers, branding initiatives, and materials to strengthen business development.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in M&A, transaction advisory, valuation, investment
• Advanced Excel skills to independently build and work with sophisticated financial models.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development capabilities for clear visual communication.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and transaction concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to turn complex analysis into concise outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with commercial awareness.
